- Collection and processing of data
You can visit our Internet page without having to provide any personal information. We merely store access data without any personal reference, such as for example the browser type/version, the operating system used, the referrer URL (the previously visited site), the host name of the accessing computer (IP address), the time of the server request. These data are used exclusively for improving our services, and we cannot infer any personally identifying information from them. We only collect personal data if you voluntarily disclose them to us within the scope of ordering goods or subscribing to our newsletter. Without your express consent, we exclusively use the data disclosed by you for processing and carrying out your order. Upon full performance of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked for any further use, and after expiry of the mandatory periods we have to comply with to fulfil our tax and commercial law obligations, the data will be deleted, unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your data. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your email address will with your consent be used for own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is possible at any time.

In those cases, however, the extent of the transferred data is limited to the required minimum. You do at any time have the right to revoke your consent to a transfer of your data with effect for the future. We will transfer your data to other persons only if this is a mandatory legal requirement, which for example applies to authorities. Other than that, we will under no circumstances transfer your personal data to any third person for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- Cookies
We use so-called “cookies” at several places on our Internet pages. Cookies are small text files which your browser files and stores on your computer. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”, which after your stay on our website will be automatically deleted from your computer. Other cookies will remain on your hard disk and enable us to offer specific user-friendly services, for example to greet you with your user name, to provide access to particular customer areas without again entering your password, or to automatically fill in forms. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not include any viruses. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can prevent this by correspondingly modifying the settings of your Internet browser.
- Newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we will need your valid email address as well as some information enabling us to verify whether you are the holder of the given email address, or whether the holder of the email address agrees to receiving the newsletter. No further data will be collected. You can at any time revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter.
- Google-Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer to enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will as a rule be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. To the extent that your IP address is collected for this purpose, it is always technically reduced and thus anonymised and untraceable. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA to be reduced there. On our behalf, Google will use this information for analysing your use of the website, for compiling reports on website activities for us, and for providing other services to us relating to website and Internet usage. Google may also disclose this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will in no case associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; please note, however, that in such case you will probably not be able to fully use all functions of this website. Alternatively, you can prevent the collection of data on using the website by the cookie (including your reduced and untraceable IP address) and its transfer to Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in via the following link: tools.google.com
You will then still be able to use our website without restriction.
By using this website, you consent to the processing your personal data collected by Google in the manner and for the purpose set out above.
- Information right and deletion
You are at any time entitled to obtain information, to correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data, free of charge. Please contact us or send us your request by post, email or fax. Your personal data stored will be deleted when you revoke your consent to storage, when the knowledge of data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were stored or when storage is unlawful for other legal reasons.
